How will I get my order ?

It depends:

  • If you have purchased a downloadable version you will receive in the next hours ( usually minutes) an email with all the instructions and links to download and install the software. This download may require some time regarding that Album DS is a large application. Please be patient while downloading the files Wink

  • If you have selected instead to receive a boxed product it will take some days to arrive, 24 / 48 hours for Spain and Portugal, around 3 days for Europe and 4 to 6 days for the rest of the world. Outside of the EU customs may need to clear the shipment and it can experiment some delay, also you will need to be ready for the import taxes. 
After receiving / downloading the software you have to install it and activate, activation is computer dependent. Please follow the guidelines included in the mail / letter you receive.
