How will I get my order ?

After your order is processed you will get a confirmation email with a link to the installer and a PDF file with instructions. Please make sure to read the instructions included in this document for a smooth and fast installation.

Album DS is a large application ( around 4 Gb) and the download will require some time, please be patient while downloading the files

The Album DS DVD will be shipped to the address included in your order as soon as possible after your order confirmation, we can not guarantee a delivery time for this shipment and it depends on your country of residence. Usually it doesn't takes more than 5 days for European countries and 12 days for the rest of the world.

Depending on your country, you may need to clear the shipment and it can experiment some delay, also you will need to be ready for the import taxes if they are applied by your local authorities.

After receiving / downloading the software you have to install it and activate, activation is computer dependent. Please follow the guidelines included in the email you will receive.

Album DS ROCKS!!!!!!
I just had to share my excitement about Album DS. WHY did I not find them earlier?? I just would get overwhelmed about designing albums and would shut down. Most of the software I tried out didn't work for me or didn't work with a Mac. This works with Mac and PC and is so dang easy that I want to make albums just for fun! Their customer service is outstanding and the tutorials are super helpful.
