How will I get my order?

If you purchase a downloadable version you will receive your download links and installation instructions within a few hours of placing your order and usually you will get it within a matter of minutes. The download is quite large due to the high resolution nature of Album DS and all its elements and can take some time to download depending on your internet connection so please be patient while downloading the files. After receiving / downloading the software you'll need to install and activate Album DS. activation is computer dependent. Please follow the instructions you receive by email carefully and you'll be up and running quickly.

In addition to immediate download links, a Deluxe DVD ($50 value) is now being included free with every order and will be mailed to the address used when placing your order with us.

I just had to share my excitement about Album DS. WHY did I not find them earlier?? I just would get overwhelmed about designing albums and would shut down. Most of the software I tried out didn't work for me or didn't work with a Mac. This works with Mac and PC and is so dang easy that I want to make albums just for fun! Their customer service is outstanding and the tutorials are super helpful.
